b-100 yuck
hi all was wondering how in the world applesauce is suppose to hide the taste of the b-100 crushed . it is not working for me it is making me sick a little. i wish there was a nother way of taking this pill. im doing great with the other vitamins but that b-100 is kicking my butt. any suggestions. i am a week out and feeling better everyday. but the b-100 tomorrow dr.H and i will have to talk about this yucky pill. does anyone know when you can actually swallow a whole pill again. at what stage?
Talk to Dr. H about it. I started whole pills really early because I hated the liquids and Dr. Edwards said go ahead and give the whole pill a try. However, Dr. H knows you and what has worked for his patients and I encourage to abide by what he says.

Just had another thought - wow two in one day!!! Maybe you could not crush the pill, just make it into two or three littler pieces and swallow them. It's a thought to run by Dr. H.
