Consult Tomorrow, wish me luck!

Hey Everyone, Well, I don't post that much.  I do read almost every day though.  I am so excited, I have my consult with Dr. Hornbostel, tomorrow.  I have wanted this surgery for a long time.  This year I finally stuck to the requirements.  I have pretty much completed everything.  Dena has all my paperwork, except for one thing that I am bringing tomorrow.  I also am very happy.  My mom is going with me tomorrow.  My husband is gonna stay home with the kids.  I am coming from St. Charles.  I just started talking to mom for the first time 2 weeks ago since January.  She had majory surgery on her knee.  It really worried me.  I couldn't keep away anymore.  I mean we didn't talk but I did get updates on her because I talked to my sisters all the time.  She is really curious about the surgery.  She also is very supportive of me, which surprises me.  It sounds like she wants to go with me when I have the surgery and stay at the hospital with me.  She is off wor****il after the first of the year.  I am hoping to have surgery the week before X-mas or right after X-mas.  I am off school until the 14th of Jan.  I want to have it done then, which Dena is completely aware of and my insurance is also.  I really am starting to get in a daze about this really happening.  My insurance case manager said it only takes them 24 to 48 hours for approval or denial.  Well we will see.  Wish me luck! How was the consult Kelly? 

Hi, The consult went very good.  Dena said my records were very good and that it shouldn't be a problem to have the surgery over my school break.  I am now waiting to find out when she submits my paperwork to the insurance.  My case manager at the insurance said it only takes 24 to 48 hours for approval.  I am so excited.  I do need to calm down though, it is taking its toll on my stomach.
