Well I just got off the phone with Humana's bariatric team cordinator. I expalined to him how I have left numerous messages and no one has ever called me back. He said that the nurses that review the cases are in training and will be for a few more days. He said he was sorry that it was taking a while for someone to get back to me but he assured me that he will forward my case to my nurse who is reviewing it and mark it as high priority so we will see? I got his name so if I don't hear something soon be assured I will be calling him back. I'm not going to let them slack off and treat my case as if it can wait for when they want to decide to do something with it. I will nag them daily if I have to....
