Kind of a newbie LOL

Hi everyone,  I really haven't posted that much, and have introduced myself on the main board, but Jan said I should come on here and tell everyone about myself, so here I' am. LOL  My name is Renee, I'm a single mother of 2 wonderful girl's, and 2 very spoiled dog's.  I have been over weight most of my life, and now having very serious health issues because of it. My best friend and I are in the process now of getting the lapband surgery done at the University of Missouri, I go to my seminar the 10th, and I'm so excited about getting this ball rolling.  I read all of your post daily jumping between here, the lapband, and the main board, and everyone is so helpful and friendly. I look forward to getting to know ya'll, and meeting some of you at the support group's.

Hi Renee so glad that you decided to join us.   This is a great bunch of people on here. And im sure that any questions you might have someone will have an answer or maybe several answers.  again glad  you made it ....and remember the COF support group meeting on the 26th there is also another support group that is starting up in Springfield and it meets the first and 3rd mondays in the month. So there is one this Monday night at the Library Station at 6:30 on North Kansas Expressway. I am going to go to that one too dont know if i will always get to all of them but will give us another one to go to if we need a second reinforcement in the month. See you there...Jan

Thank's for the welcome Jan.  I would love to be able to come Monday night, but I'm trying to get thing's ready for my sleep study, and then for my trip to Jefferson City this weekend, but I look forward to seeing you the 26th.
