Stress eating....
I have been stress eating all day! I don't know why I'm so stressed out? I have been constantly worried about my insurance approval I wish I could get some answers that would help a lot. I have called several times and only get a voice mail. I emailed Dena and she said she hasn't heard anything yet either said they usually take several weeks to get back to her which is not what I wanted to hear. They have had the paperwork in their office for two weeks now so what's the hold up is what I want to know?
I'm also worried about my dad he is going to the heart dr. today cause he has been having chest pains and shortness of breath. He lives near Warsaw MO. so it's not like I can be there for him today. I hope all goes well and nothing serious going on with him? He is an active 70 yr old plays softball and everything so I hope he's ok?
I just need to stop stressing out and stop eating while stressed!!!! Today has been going by so slowly and I just want to go home, I'm tired and worn out from being so stressed.
