I can now finally say I have a date ya'll!!

Congrats on your date I hope I get mine soon?  I know you had your appt. with Dr. H after I did but if I remember correctly you have medicare or medicaid or both can't remember maybe that's why you got approved faster?  I am still praying for a date by the end of the year myself.  Good Luck to you and keep us posted.   Bev~

Hey Bev-- Thank you. I just have straight Medicare so it didnt take long at all. My appointment was just last week on Wednesday. If Humana doesnt approve you drop 'em and go with just Medicare. After that it should just take a matter of days to get your "approval" in. I hope you get your surgery too by the end of the year. Best of luck to you Bev : )

I am so happy for you. You will be a loser soon just a few days after me. You go girlfriend. The closer that it gets the nervious I become. We have fought so hard to get this done it is going to happen before we know it.

Hey Amanda Im home and recovering nicely. Congrats on the date. you are gonna love the hospital staff. they were great all of them. well except the wheel chair ride at the end. the gentleman was so rough hitting every bump he could as hard as he could. come to find out when we got downstairs it was time for him to get off so maybe that was it but i would have preferred to walk. yes i remember his name and i have been praying for him since then. hope he is kinder to others. but im home. Dr. H was great and his wife is beautiful. I go for my post-op on thursday! im sure i will be ok. You will be in my prayers. take care.
