I can now finally say I have a date ya'll!!

Dr. Hornbostel’s office called tonight. My surgery is Monday December 17th!!! Now that a possibility has turned into a reality I’m nervous, excited and have the strong urge to clean house, oddly enough!?! My first follow-up will be the day after Christmas ----  but at least I’m having my surgery this year like I really wanted to. And more good news---- Tammy H. is my Angel!!!

Congratulations Amanda!!!! I hope I can follow you.  I have my consult next wednesday.  My doctors are sending all my paperwork to Dena now.  My insurance said it only takes 24 to 48 hours for approval or deny.  That date makes me feel pretty good.  I have been trying to plan to have my surgery that week before Christmas.  I am a college student right now and want to have the surgery before the winter semester begins. Woo Hoo, hopefully I will be following you. Kelly

Thank you!!! Everything happened really fast for me -- thankfully. My appt was just Wednesday and then yesterday the good news. Have you spoken with Dena about your plans? Maybe there is something they can do for you since you are having to work a school schedule. Best of luck to you. Keep us updated on your progress!!!
