I'M APPROVED!!!!!!!

WHOO HOOO!!!  I am so excited.  I just called my insurance and they said that my request was approved today.   I called my surgeon, but they won't let me schedule my pre-op appointment until they have it in writing.  They said my insurance usually gets the letters out to them pretty quickly so hopefully I will get my pre-op appointment date soon.   She said there was still some openings for the December pre-op day, so hopefully I can get in that group with some of you. Melissa, I asked my insurance company to fax a copy to me and then I turned around and faxed it to Nancy and she set me up right away.  I'm so impatient, no way was I gonna wait for that dang snail mail. Congrats!

WOOO HOOOO!!  Maybe you'll have the same 12/12 pre-op date as me & a few other people & we will all be able to meet! Congrats!!!!  It's exciting isn't it?

I got a call from the surgeon yesterday and I am scheduled for the Jan. 10th pre-op class.  I am happy I got scheduled but was really hoping for the Dec. 12th date so I could join Angela & Terri.  They said the last spot got filled on Friday.  I asked if there were ever any cancelations and she said sometimes, but it is very rare.  I would be the first one to get moved up. She said it really won't make a big difference in my surgury date whether I was the last one in the Dec. group or the 1st one in the January group.  I was just hoping to join some other OH members.
