Problems with MO Bariatric office

Went for my 3 month check up and everything is ok and I am  5  pounds from having a 100# weight loss. I told Dr. Suttmoeller about compaints I had heard about the office  and he said they had lost several people and were working on the problems this had caused especially with the insurance issues.   This man puts his heart and soul into his work.  I have known him  for about 10 years and love him to bits.  On the way out of the office  he wanted me to talk to the new office manager and he introduced  me  to him and told me to talk to him.  I can't remember his name  but he told me they were aware of the complaints and were  working on them.  So if you all have a complaint please talk to the new office  manager,  he really wants to get things straightened out. The reason I brought this up was because it really bothered me that there were problems and it didn't look like anything was being done and I felt like I needed to find out why - call me a busy body or  whatever.  I just had to say something. Glad to know things might get better. My phone calls were not being answered and they misplaced pages of my paper work.

I also Have him as a surgeon an he seems so pleasant . I was havin a hard time wit them gettin my paperwork wit there fax. But they got everything and stuff happen an people need to undertand somtehting . good luck.

They lost my PCP records four times!

I have the same recommendation.  At my one month check/first fill I made similar comments and the new office manager came out and introduced himself to me.  Told me it was his first week at work and they were working on thing.  I still recommend that you talk directly to Amy King if you need anything there.
