Good Morning, I have just put in a purchase of my first set of vitimins and suppliments.  I decided to get them from the Bariatric Wellness website.

I got the Bari Chewable multi vitamin, Bari Cal chewable, and Biotin chewable.  I am getting a B-12 shot from my PCP.  I am getting a 5 week supply of liquid b-1 after surgery, but has anyone a place you can get b-1 chewable for after the inital supply of b-1 from the surgeon? Does anyone take anything else?  Have I forgotten anything?  My surgeon wants me to start the vitamins at the same time I start the 2 week liquid diet before surgery.

Peace in all you do,
Bel
I'm so excited, I just can't hide it, I'm about to lose control and I think I like it, I like it!

I take quite a few things, and have a list on my web site here.  I get the majority of my things from vitalady.com, but do get some things from Walmart (calcium, B100, zinc, biotin, Vit. C) and my Coromega from Vitacost.com.   I do B12 shots, just pick them up from the pharmacy and do them at home.    I'm able to swallow pills without a problem, so do so for quite a few things - only my multi-vit, vit.C and iron are chewables at this point.
