Sherry, Sounds as if you have gotten ahold of yourself and are ready to start losing.  Good for you!!!  You have done it before and I know you can do it again.  Jan's suggestion is wonderful.  Going back to the beginning helps so many people.  I'm sorry about your Mom and emotional eating is something we all fight.  Again, I have faith in you and will keep you and your family and your mom in prayers. So glad you came to the board for help. Hugs, Lana

"WLS is about making better choices, a healthier lifestyle and seeing how little you can eat.  Portion control is the key to all weight loss surgeries.  Bottom line - it isn't how much you can eat - it is how little you can eat."

{{{Sherry}}}  I'm sorry about your mom, I'll be praying about that.  Yep, try the 5 Day Pouch Test.  It will help you get back on track - that's the whole purpose of it.
