I too had the same sort of problems getting approval...insurance Leslie was a B**** to get a hold of...on vacation and such.  the minute she was back, I was on the phone making sure she had my paperwork, approval letter....The office lost my PCP records FOUR TIMES before they received the packet.  I kept calling until I got a response!  I highly recommend the new Leslie and Amy King.  They are both very helpful and there is a new assistant Office Manager that I met one of the times I have had to wait for Dr. Scott (HE is always running late.  I have had to wait up to 3 hours for him to show due to emergencies at the hospital (sorry to everyone that needed him more than I did.  I do understand the need, it was just frustrating on my end.)  As long as I work with amy and leslie, I am fine.  My fills need to be done at the hospital radiology and they have called back within a day with the scheduled next appointment time.   I suggest that you call and ask for the Office Manager and not get off the phone until you speak to him about your treatment.  Just be persistant!  Tell Dr. R as well the next time you see her.
