I dont know if it is the chewable vitamins or something else i just wondered if anyone here knew, surely with all the people here someone other than me has experienced this.  It started Saturday.  Sure does get rid of an appetitie and make it hard to drink anything at all... thanks cindy

Sounds like you're in ketosis.  It's not uncommon to get that metal taste in you mouth with that.  If you're on that liquid diet, it could be triggering ketosis.

You should call your doctor and ask them about the metalic taste .It is a red flag for something but I can not think what it is right at this moment. Traci may be right it could be Ketosis. But you should still call and ask. Better be safe than sorry. Jean E Wood

I had that too the first few weeks - it was ketosis.  It does go away as your body slows down on the rapid weight loss.
