VENTING.................

Several weeks ago, I posted that I received a call from my surgeon's office stating they received word from my insurance and it was denied.  When asked why she stated they wanted basically what all insurance wanted proof of failed attempts.   I sent in a 43 page document to the surgeon to send my insurance carrier indicating attempts.  So I waited for the denial letter to come and hadn't received anything in a week, I  I called my surgeon's office and she would mail out the letter.   Well, I got the letter today and it clearly stated it wasn't a denial, but a request for additional information.....HUH!!! Yes, I'm ready to choke the program coordinator.  So I'm gathering additional information and once again waiting patiently.......in the meantime, I have joined WW once again to bring things current.  I'm calm, yes calm. So enjoy the weekend all.

It was very discouraging when I first heard it, but when I received the letter I did a back flip.....Yes I did.  A double back flip to be exact.   Enjoy the weekend.

Ahhhhh - I remember those frustrating days!!!  Well, at least it is much better news than a denial - a "request for additional information" you can work with.  ;)  I'll be praying you get your approval and date SOON! Traci
