program are you all using to shrink the pics? My pics are huge and when i shrink them they dont look like me anymore :)  THanks in advance

I use Paint Shop Pro, but also h ave Photoshop.  Either would work.  Here's links to some places where you can resize your photos online for free: http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ http://www.picresize.com/
