HOWDY FROM CALIFORNIA MISSOURI

Howdy ya'll....Yes this is your wayward buddy Craig...IAM NOT LOST.....heheeh.....Iam still in California Missouri with my God family. My God brother Michael is doing great. Iam so proud of him...he had lost 19 lbs prior to surgery. Now he is thinning already you can tell....he is having a blast....... We got to go shopping yesterday it was fun. I got a new outfit. WHOOHOO size 36 and 34 pants. can you believe it?........Iam down to 215lbs now......I havent weight in awhile so I might have lost more......Dr. Scotts patients either have pinrose drains for vacuum drains..Michael has a vacuum one and Ive been taking care of it and his medicine. His blood sugar is finally getting better..NO INSULIN PRAISE GOD.......Iam so thankful that Dr. H's patients didnt have drains....Michael has an apt on Oct 4th in the morning we are certain so If any of you are out and about come on by the office and chat with us.......... My appt to see Dr Hawes in Springfield is Oct 22nd at 2:50pm. I cant wait. I will get to go to the meeting that you are all in so I can see all my buddies Ive never got to meet face to face yet.  Well, you all be good now and keep up the good work.
