Gaining weight back
I haven't been post-op long enough to give you a good answer but I would expect it is just that we tend to go back to our old habits and eat things and amounts that cause us to gain. You might try writing down every single thing you eat and drink for a few days and see if that gives you any help. I know I could graze my way back if I didn'****ch snacks like a hawk.
Hugs, love, encouragement and prayers to you.

I don’t mean to be flip but I'm assuming the weight is coming back because of what you're eating. I'm sure there is major adjusting to do at 7 years since the restriction and lack of absorption isn’t as much as right after the surgery. A visit with a nutritionist would probably be just as helpful.

There could be many things related to weight gain but Iam sure its the food intake mostly...Gastric Bypass is a way of life. its a tool to help you lose weight...I think if you were to go back and start over with the liquid diet, then gradually work your way up to other foods like your Book says you will see you will lose again .....Remember this is not a diet its a tool ....God Bless Craig Lee
