I always thought that everytime I got on the scales it would read 300 something and on up I never dreamed it would read below that and this morning I stood on them and I weigh 299.0 I cried and laughed and cried and laughed and woke DH up wih my crying he come running down wanting to know what was wrong where did I hurt lol I said my head it wont stop spinning and then I got on the scales and showed him and he was so proud of me :)


You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be, before you can actually become that person.

great wow moments like that need to be savored. are you keep ing a journal? if not do. You will want to remember how you felt this morning. Oh yeah and be sure and keep measuring like  at least once a month. Happy for you ....wait till you go below 200 you will be dancing on air.  Jan
