Slim Fast Protien Chews

Has anyone tried these? I got an email from my Amazon.com  profile. saying I may like them. Do you think they would be ok at 1 month out? I am to the trial and error phase right now. No sticky rice, meat, bread or gum is really the main no nos that I am staying away from-and anything dry and sticky.

 

 

most of slim fast things have way to many carbs for me but anyway i would want to know what they have as far as carbs and sugar compared to the amount of protein .
