MORE CONFUSED TODAY

Tried calling the hospital I was told is Medicare certified only to find out it isn't. Now I have to start over unless the people at the hospital are not current on their info. Well what a day, I guess I'll have to trust my "HIGHER POWER" to lead me in the right direction.  I love this message board I have gotten so much feed back and things the help me make the decision as to which way I want to go.

 

 

the hospital in Sedalia, the one in Columbia and two in St. Louis i think are the ony ones in Missouri that are Medicare certified.

I talked to the Nurse at Boone County Regional and she said they aren't, also said it didn't look like the University is either. I have to wait til tomorrow to find out from my Dr which one he is setting me up at. The Nurse at BCR thinks St. Louis and Sedalia are the only two in MO that are Medicare Certified.

I hope to find out soon. I'm already tired of waiting to hear.

One of the gals in our support group is going to St Louis as Dr Scott & Dr Del la Torre will do the medicare ones in StL.

I just sent an e-mail to one of the Drs. listed on the Bariatric Society website in St. Louis. I'm not gonna give up. If I end up having to sell and hock everything I own I'm gonna get the help I need. Thanx Shannon for the info.
