Hey everyone, I know it's been awhile since I've been on here. I've been slacking, I know.   Seems like my weight loss has slowed down quite a bit. I'm at 229 now, so down 73 pounds, and into a size 20 jeans and XL top. First time in 10 years! I'm feeling pretty good. I'm still really bad about getting the exercise in though. I work so much, that i'm pooped by the time I get home. I think I need to get some sort of support partner going. I'm not eating the right things either I think.  I dont know, i'm still losing, just feeling like I'm not doing what I need to be doing now.  Had my check up last month, all my labs came back really good, so I was glad about that. Having trouble getting the calcium in though, chewables make me sick, and i have trouble swallowing the bigger pills, they make my stomach cramp and hurt, then I end up vomiting. So any suggestions there would be great.  i'm doing my  vitamins and protein faithfully though.  I'm sorry I didnt get to the meeting last month, my new work schedule doesnt allow me to get there, i dont get off work til 7 now, so it's late by the time I get home. Hope everyone is doing well!

Pam please come by the next meeting after you get off from work. Yes you need some support and yes im sure someone there can help you with you eating and the pills you need to be taking. the calcium is very very very important. please come. an hour is better than nothing at all. from there maybe you can get an exercise partner. I know my sister exercises daily ....and there are others that do too. I would love to with you but i live so far out of town that it isnt possible.

Thanks Jan! I will try to get there, even if it's late. I think I really do need an exercise partner, that would be great.
