Summer Reunion Update ?
Hi !
I haven't been able to get online recently so I need to know what the status is for the reunion this summer? Where and when ? - My computer line has been dead on and off for the last couple weeks. We've been trying to track down the problem and finally found it yesterday. So if it's been decided could someone please let me know, too?

Yes, I am still working on the reunion. I have gotten responses by email from everyone but one resort-and I called them yesterday and left a message on their call notes for a return call or return email....I was told by a little birdie NOT to use the wording "reunion" because that is when they charge a larger deposit and such-as a lot of people will book up close to all the cabins etc-and so if it got cancelled-they are afraid of all the money they will lose-so this last round of emails and calls I made-I didnt use the word reunion, just said some friends etc wanted to get together and that everyone will be doing their own reserving and what not.
I WILL be posting before the end of this month with all the info, contacts and email address, everyone is going to be responsible for their own deposits and rentals of their units. IF someone chooses to stay somewhere else (which is fine too) they can come and spend the day anyway-for a $5 per person fee. Under 5 are free. But, they would be entitled to the pool and any other recreation activities the resort has for that fee. It looks like it will be happening the weekend AFTER Labor Day and I weeded out places with very high deposits-some non-refundable-some wanting extra because of the reunion word, and so on....I want to stick with us being able to ALL get together, who has room for us to meet in one place, eat together and such-plus will have their pool and other recreational activities still available after Labor Day-the rates are cheaper then too-and hopefully gas prices will go down as well.
