I wanted to know if anyone has had this problem and what to do for it. I have several family related stressful events which have occured since last weekend. Since then I have not been able to keep very much down. Just about the only thing staying down is water and protein drinks. Any suggestions? I think the stress has a lot to do with this as I hadn't had any problems prior to this past weekend. Thanks in advance for any help. Teri

Hi Teri, My name is Tony and nice to meet you,I myself and pretty sure others has had the same problem around the second month.I believe that would be puree food for you at least I think that was what I had to eat on my second month, but I didnt do to well on that so I did find something I did like and could hold down and it was( pork tamales, cheese and crackers,sf popsicles,sf pudding, yogart, jello, cottage cheese and maltomeal with splenda.)These food items were easy to get down in the second and third month out,my favorite was the sf popsicles, maltomeal and pork tamales Hope this helps out for ya. Im so sorry you are having such stressful times right now and hope things go better with you, take care and Godbless ya hun

Hi Teri First, let me say I am so sorry these things are going on~stress can do amazing things to us mentally and physically-cant they? I know from experience-that when I cant keep things down-I just resort to my water or crystal light and my shakes. I can usually squeeze in a sf fudgesicle or yogurt-sometimes a hunk of cheese-but thats it. It sounds like you are doing the right things and at least are getting in your water and shakes....maybe just resort back to what Tony said and see if you can find SOMETHING to coat your tummy a little more.....I am 6 months out-and still go through periods where I cant eat anything-but my shakes and drinks. Please keep your chin up, dont give up~and keep us posted! You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Janet
