Okay, Momma Jan must be feeling poorly, Momma J. you have to take care of yourself. I am broken....LOL...I have been trying to "work" the ground where I had a garden plot tilled this week, and I am icing down my wrists, back, leg bones...you name it, and if I can reach it, I am putting ice on it. THE electrical re-work of the house and workshop is done...wish everything went THAT smoothly.... The remodel, paint etc... on my parents house is going great. Finally...never try to remodel two houses at one time...it will make you old. AND FAST! OH, I have a FUNNY NEWS FLASH.....I am going out on a date. YES, I KNOW... First date since I have been in onderland.... He's a man that lives in Paragould, but works at Nucor in Blytheville, AR. He's my age and works with my brother in law. It's Monday night for dinner, so you know I have got to get my hair lightened, nails done, buy new shoes......(LOL) and other girly tasks... I hope you are all laughing WITH ME at this point. Just wanted to let you know I am lurking and I am fine. I hope everyone with medical and personal issues see a quick, painfree passage. Sherr

Momma J, WHO ever said any of US were NORMAL I love you too, I always love to see your posts... My mom mentioned you yesterday...I am trying to plant a 24 x 14 foot garden, and I have NO IDEA what I am doing....I don't know what to plant where, how to make "rows" LOL I am completely retarded....LOL Are there things like Corn that I can plant other stuff "under" like squash, I am trying to make use of the area I had tilled, and plant several things. The plot is ajacent to my west end of the house, and bordered by 24 feet of fence on the lest side, and 14 feet of fence on the top..... I want to plant corn along the 24 feet of fence....and sweet peas, KY Beans & Limas along some lattice I will place along the 14 feet fence side.... Now, I have: eggplant, zuccini, cucumber, picklin' cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes, bell peppers....I think that's all the veggies, and I've started Cosmos, Morning Glories, Marigolds, Sunflowers and Daisies all this was from seeds. The lady I bought the corn from said to put seed into the soil about 8 inches apart...that's the only thing I "know" what to do....LOL Didn't mean to go on and on Love you Sherr - -Oh, Mark works with my sister's husband, I've seen his pic, but it's a "fix me up" :D

Sherr your guess is as good as mine about a veggie garden. I planted one one time in my life . Just always took up all of my space with flowers lol and go to the farmers market to buy fresh veggies from the garden. Good luck and hope it does really well and then you can tell me how to do it , in case i ever want to give up some of my flower space. lol Jan

Sherr, Have fun Monday night. I met my husband from a newspaper connections column 14 years ago and we'll celebrate our 11th anniversary in September. So it can happen. I think that having a mutual acquaintance is the best way to meet people if possible because you can be sure he's not Jack-the-Ripper!!! I'll be thinking of you, Lana

Have a great time Sherr, you never know, it happens when least expected. I was totally against internet dating, thought it was totally unsafe and a cry that all is lost. I got talked into looking into it, met my husband and we celebrate our four year anniversary tomorrow. Cheers to you, have a blast.....Tara.
