WOO HOO!!! June 27th is so close, it will be here before you know it. Use the time you have until then practicing tiny bites, chewing well, not drinking with meals and giving up soda and sugary things. Any changes you can make before surgery are so helpful afterward. Remember you won't be hungry right after surgery so it gets really easy to control portions.
You're going to do so well, we'll be praying for you continually.
