Hello again

Thank you all so much for welcoming me to the board. Angie I really appreciate you offering to come and go to the meeting with me. That is so thoughtful, but you really don't have to. My girls are so excited that I am finally getting serious about wls that they will jump at the chance to go. I have thought and talked about this for so long but I am terrified at the thought of having surgery. I know that I am not the only one that has this fear. Hope it goes away. I to want to start losing some weight now so I am going to try Mel's advice. I have tried everything else and the scales just keep creeping upward. Well Sutherlands had a big sale sat. morning so my daughter and I went at 7am when she got off work. She got lots of flowers to plant, but since she is not very plant savvy she had to have mom go to advise her. haha..she told me now I have to come over and tell her how to plant them. I wished I could play in the dirt but for right now I will just have to advise. She said I can just sit in the chair and tell her what to do. I got a few things to put out on my porch, to spruce it up. That little trip just about wiped me out. It hurts so bad to walk and stand for long, I was just exhausted when I got home. How on earth do you put your pic on here? I tried for about 2 hrs until I got really frustrated and gave up.....Well guess I had better get to bed, I like Jan don't sleep very well at night. Beverly cant help you with the pic thing i do know that if you go down to the bottom of the this page at the very bottom you will see there (contact us) you can write to OH and ask them how and they will get back to you the directions or they will let you send your picture to them i think and get it resized and put up. the post at the very top of this page there was some one that they helped do it too. does any of this make sence lol I know how you feel about trips to the store wearing you out now, but just wait until after your surgery and you get this weight off. Oh my it is so exciting. I love flowers and have a huge garden i work every day in it now last summer i maybe worked in it very little as i couldnt do very much. You will be beside your self about what to do next lol Im excited for you , and your new life. Jan

Beverly you are soooooooo welcome---I just recently started driving again and I LOVE IT!!! It feels so good to get to be incharge of where I go. So I'll drive to Sedalia anytime you need something!!! It's really great that your girls are so supportive--it helps to have family who love you to be by your side!!! Keep your chin up and just think this may be the LAST surgery of your life if the weight is what is causing all your health problems---won't it be great to be pain and ailment free???
