HOw is everyone?

Just an update. My laptop went to the great lap top place in the sky. So I have been without a easy asses to computer. I have also been putting in 13-14 hours days getting ready for a huge inspection at work. I have also tried to call Julia but I am getting the same msg. on her phone as everyone else. I know about where she lives but not what appartment. I keep trying every few days. I am now under 200 pounds. 198 to be exact. That is a total of 38 pounds since March 15th. I down a pant size and just about out of them. Still stuggle with the protein and water but that will be something that I will keep working on. Other then that everything has been going really good. Shawn she must have had to let her cell phone go for awhile. this is why it is important for someone to have the phone numbers and also the addresses of each other so we can have them in case of an emergency. and maybe even a person that we could call if all else fails. like a daughter or son. That would be cool to have. do you think you could go to the apartment complex office and ask them what one she lives in? I am really getting worried about her. glad that you are doing well , sounds like you are going to be a thin little thing one day. getting in all the protein and water takes awhile but it will come. just keep going.
