I am back and my consult appointment is this afternoon!!!!!!!!

Well my consult appointment with dr hornbostel is at 2:30 today, I have been pigging out trying to gain those 3 pounds. I feel like I have gained 20! I made my trip back from Arkansas yesterday with my girls, boy was that a long trip. It rained the whole way..
