To all the folks in mid to southern MO

Due to Harrisonville's rapid growth we, David and I may be bought out of our home and we are looking to move south. We want to have a home in the country but first we need to know about work down there. David works in plastics so we need info. on any plastic companies that may be hiring in your area. His job title is mold tech. or process tech. and he works with injection, blow and excursion molding. The plastics company would have to be a newer one with a/c due to his heart condition. Plastic companies get very hot inside them because of the molding machinery. David and I both have done our share of working in the older companies and know all to well about the heat. Also, we don't have alot of money so the home we would be wanting to buy would be modest so we don't need info. about higher end towns and/or properties. If any of you would be interested in sending us any information (names of newspapers, realtors, relocate info.) about your town or somewhere close that has a plastics company near, we would greatly appreciate it. Dear Deb, We have a place near us called Rock Tenn-(newer) we also have Owens Corning and some other factory places that make good money, excellent benefits and so on-If you will email me your address-I will mail you our Sundays paper-there is also Springfield. We can get a paper next time we go that way-ok? Monett Missouri is a wonderful place and we have several companies. There are 2 that I know of that work with plastics and they have headquarters here. Miracle Recreation Equipment and Hydro Aluminum Wells. The best realtor in town is my Father-in-law and his broker. The office is Crown Double K realty. Ask for Glenna Kraft or Paul Camp. 417-235-5231. Monett is 1 hour from Springfield, Branson and Joplin Missouri. Fairly Rural with a population of about 9,000. There are lots and lots of houses in town that range from 40,000 to 500,000...and the majority are $80,000 to $150,000. The newspaper is the Monett Times and the website is www.monett-times.com Miracle Recreation is having a hiring fair this coming weekend I believe.
