Just stopping by
Hi to everyone. Just wanted to give an update on what has been going on. I have been doing great. Still learing to eat slower and working out how to ge****er, food and protein in that is needed. Cant really eat or drink much at one time. But I am working it out. I have been working long hours at work trying to catch up on paperwork that I got behind on while out for that two weeks.
I did have to buy new unddies WhooHoo. Pants are really lose and my SHOES are all to big now (is that not odd). I am 2 1/2 pound way from being under 200. So that makes me down by 34 pounds total. Not bad!! I did stop losing for about 2 weeks at week 2 drove me crazy and scared me a little but I stayed clam and keep doing what was right. I think I had lost so much so fast my body was just catching up. But the scale started to move again.
The only problem that I have had is eating to fast and getting sick. I never noticed how fast I ate until now (its kicking me in the butt) but I am learning.
I go back to Dr. H. on the 10th of May and I am hoping that by his scales I am under 200 then. That would be a great moment.
Oh and wasnt it cool that Dr. H post on here. Now that is a Dr who cares.
