***For Angels & Angeletts***

I hope those wanting to have an Angel has gotten one by now....But if you haven't ...PLEASE let me know...... For all the newbies.....An Angel is someone on the board that has already had surgery, Those interested in doing so picks people that has not had surgery yet to support & share info with....They will be there to keep your spirits up, keep the board informed on how you are doing when you have surgery and sometimes even share clothes and etc with you that they are not using anymore.....Even if you have support from you family and friends an Angel is still great to have because they have been there and done that...so they know and understand the different things you are going thru and can be very supportive and understanding.... So if you are interested in having an Angel Please let me know and I will keep you on the list for those interested in being an Angel..... Those interested in helping out our angeletts Please let me know...WE are getting more people on the board day by day and you all know how important it is to have someone supporting you that understands all that goes along with the WLS & etc....There is nothing drastic to do ......And you will be doing a great thing and making another new friend...... Dear Tammy Ammy, You know me~put me down. I have 2 angelettes having surgery in the next week or two-and then I have 3 pending, but will be sometime this summer! I am ALWAYS willing to have angelettes~love you guys! Love and Prayers, Janet

Tammy, I am new to the boards and I would like to have an angel. I am going to have the RNY but currently I am on the dr. supervised diet for a few more months before I can go any further with sugery. I do think it's important to have someone to talk to about the sugery among other things. I appreciate everyone's support and encouragement that I have already received on this board. hi tammy, hope things are going good with you. I still do not have an angel as of yet, my surgery is may 10th so i still have 18 days. I go this thursday for my assessment and scope. so i would really love someone to talk to. I know i dont post much but everyone is always in my prayers and i do come on and check the board to see whats going on and who needs a extra prayer. thank you for all your help. hugs ricki

Tammy, I am wanting an angel but how do you know if you matach up with the angels? I was unsure as to if we needed to find one or if the angels would let us know if they match with us? Bev~
