WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY

Went to the Promise , in Branson, if you get a chance to go please do . It is very intense and brought more than one tear to my eyes. Very good production. Then my son took us out to eat too. Was so nice of him . He said to help pay us back for helping him when he needed it. This is really short tonight as I think I am more tired than if I worked in my flower beds all day. Lol Did plant a few seeds this morning and planted 4 small trees before we went to Branson. Didn't get in nearly as much water as I should have today. I can tell it too. Are you all like that? I always feel sort of week and dizzy if I don't get in enough. MELISSA:Sounds like you had a wonderful birthday, like it should be for you. You are a very busy girl. Is the father in law feeling better again? SHERR : Glad that you finally got your roof done. That is good that they did a good job this time. You have it right about the electrical wireing being important in a home . It is something that cant be seen but is so important that it be good. No gardening tips tonight , im too tired to poop. Maybe everyone could give me some ideas of things they would like to know. And hopefully I will know the answer ,maybe. Lol COLETTE: Hope your meeting Monday night is a good one. You have two new ones that will be having surgery Monday so they wont be there but I bet they will be at the next one. Your poor hubby has a lot on his plate doesn't he. Is he better now than he was there for awhile.? Yes I can imagine you being the driving force behind him and several other people as well. JANET: yeah I wish I had your pool in my yard. That would be awesome. Yeah you wont need any help this year I bet. And the exercise benefits will be fantastic. Did you get to have lunch with your friends today? Are you able to get in any of the capris that were in the clothes I gave you? You should be there or maybe have passed them up . So where is Tammy she hasn't been on line for 2 days now? Hello sis! Thought I would write this tonight and let you know that I plan on being at the meeting Monday night. I am so far, feeling okay. Rachelle and the boys came over today and we went to lunch and to a few garage sales. We were looking for Skyler some baseball cleats, a ball glove for him and one for Christian and Mom...they all need one to help him practice. Skyler told me today that he sure did miss me, melted grammy's heart. Jeff came over and played ball in the field with the boys and Rick and I watched. Wasnt it a wonderful day? So you went to see the Promise huh? Hope I get some tickets to see that too! lol Love ya, and have a blessed LORD'S day! Sugar

Hello All... LOL Jan...funny that you ask that! Ummm, I guess it would be the grandson whom is standing here watching me type this. I was mowing and doing a fine job I might add, then out of no where came a cable tie out from my old dog (Sam) that I lost a couple of years ago. I thought that cable was long gone...guess not! Those mower blades grabbed that cable, sucked it up and killed the mower! It was so tangled up, I just cut the cable from the tree, shut the mower blades off, turned the mower back on and pulled it around to the front of the house, met up with David, whom was justing pulling up on the Harley. He tried to fix it right there but I had it pretty tangled up! He cut what he could reach of the cable, we took it out to his garage, he jacked it up, crawled under it and cut the rest of the cable out...what a mess! When the mower grabbed the cable, there was no warning and I got slapped across my fore arm and leg with it.....can we say OWIES!! So, done mowing for the day!...lol David is off tomorrow, he can mow after Church! If he doesn't, I will. I also started tearing apart my flowerbeds that are right up against my front porch today. I'm going to do an upgrade...lol More plants, flowers and pretty prettys... less borders. Jan, I think you took all the hummingbirds this year! I haven't seen a one!...lol Notice I didn't just type "hummers" ...lol With most of the day gone, we called my grandson to see if he still wanted to come down and stay the night or wait until next weekend where he would be able to stay from Friday until Sunday eve. He wanted tonight soooo say HI....lol Well, I think I'm gonna go hit the shower. After we got Timothy today, he said he wanted to go to IHOP for dinner...loved going in there as clean and purdy as I was. You could definitely tell I had been working but at least I had my teeth in....lol We had planned on getting Timohty and coming back home to clean up and cook supper. I think I understand now why Mom always said to wear clean underwear everyday...she would of been proud. That was the only thing I had on that wasn't dirty!....lol Well, ya all have a great night, day...whatever! I love you and so does God so praise Him for ALL His good works! Be Blessed, Deb M

Good Morning Guys and Gals.... Sorry there has been no Prayer posts for the last few days......I have had some family situations going on that kept me constantly busy and exhausted...... I was touched by the people that noticed I hadn't been on and was asking about me...Thanks guys!!!! I missed being on here and missed all of you...... I hope things has been going ok for everyone???? Seen we had a few new names lately...Our board just keeps getting bigger by the day.....Yeahhhhhhhh.... Got the chance to weigh Saturday....I am 19 lbs from my 50lb goal Dr.Scott set for me before he would do surgery.....If I loose close to it he will let me slide and set up my pre-op class and surgery date and then I have that time to loose the rest......So keep your fingers crossed that things will go good and I might just get to have surgery the last part of May or first week or so of June!!!!! I am soooooooo ready to get on that loosers bench with all of you!!!!!! Did yall think you would ever be so tickled to be a LOOSER!!! lol lol lol.......I might even get me a t-shirt made up with something on it about being a looser hahahahahhahahaaaa......."ME AND MY FIRENDS ARE LOOSERS...ASK ME HOW YOU CAN BE ONE TOO!!" LMBO... Well I am going to go do my Prayer post real quick.....Alot of days there are no posts on it so I have thought about not doing it like that and letting everyone post here for their prayer reaquests......Was just wondering how yall felt about it.....I love that we aer there for each other and care enough to pray for one another and all but most days not many people seem to post much on it..... OOPS!!! I forgot a few things..... Jan...you mostly talk about outside flowers and stuff but I was wondering if you knew anything about Peace Lillies????? My daughter and I both have one we got at my grandfathers funeral last year and we are having a time keeping those suckers alive...I have moved them to places where there is not alot of direct light....put them in front of a window....watered them more..watered less...I keep most of the dead stuff cut off of them but they are so weak looking and I don't know how much longer we can get them to hang on....I really want to keep it alive becasue is specail to me but I don't know what else to do for it....I am thinking of gettting more potting soil and repotting it becasue it is still in the post from the flower shop and see if that will help...If you have any ideals of what we can do to perk them up and get them back to being lively again I would appreciate it a lot!!!!! And you asked me for this a week or more ago and I keep forgetting to send it to you so I am posting it here incase anyone else wants to try it.... Yogurt Pie.......1-Pie 1 reg size cool whip....I use the one with less sugar and fat 2-3 yogurts...any brand or flavor you want....I usually only use 2 but some are not as strong as others so when I remade them I used 3... 1- gram craker pie crust....I have even seen thim with less sugar... Then all you have to do is mix the cool whip and yogurt ....Pour in the pie crust and chill for a few hours.... It is so simple and my whole family loves it....I even make them when we go to family or church dinners and they are always finished off....I got the recipe from a friend that is dibetic so this is wonderful for those who have to watch their sugar.....You can make them any flavor you want....I have done blackberry, cheesecake, lemon, strawberry, strawberry banana and peach.....We liked them all...... One of the times I made the strawberry I used the strawberry cool whip and we really liked it like that......Well hope you like them as much as all of us do....they are cheap, quick and pretty tasty.......Tammy H.

Dear Jan and OH Peeps~ Yesterday was such a beautiful day.....I did get to go to lunch with my friends-and they have not seen me since Sept of last year-and Alva cried when I got out of my car-and then continued to cry through the whole lunch. Man....it sure felt good-they just kept sitting there and saying they couldnt believe the difference in my appearance and my attitude and that they were overwhelmed by the things I told them about myself pre-op that they had no clue I was going through. I guess when you are as unhappy as I was back then, you learn to hide things really well rather than tell anyone how miserable and humiliated you are about the things you cannot do anymore and how you have to live to cover up those feelings~One of the other girls I had lunch with is pretty big as well-and she picked my brain about the surgery and said she has been considering it since she has seen what its done for me in my life! So, I felt very very good about my lunch date and seeing my pals from where I worked. Have known them for 8 years or more-I told them-you knew what I looked like-I have been sending pictures every so often so they could keep up with the changes-and somehow, I guess the pictures dont do justice~SO YEAH....It was all good. Got home from lunch and was going to go to the track with Mike-but started to get stomach cramps-along with Jon not feeling good. We replanted all his flowers in the other pots-sure hope they make it-but it doesnt look promising. I guess if they dont, I will go buy some more and we will start over!! Jon and I fell asleep afterwards-and Mike and Darrel went to the track, and I just felt sick the rest of the night. I went to bed early and got up at 8 this morning-which is rare for me! I think everything just caught up with me. For those who were trying to call me-I had put my phone on silent while I took my nap and forgot to turn it back on-sorry.....Will call ya today! Jan-I cant wait to go see that show. I always stayed away from the shows there and the other fun stuff because I was too fat to sit in the seats comfortably and too fat to ride the rides like bumper boats and all of that-so IF we get a chance this summer, I am going to try to mark those off my goal list too!! Im glad you got to go and have fun and see your son-Im glad he has that job and was able to take you to dinner-how nice!! Shows he does appreciate what you do for him~glad you had a good day~ Jan-a couple of things fit me-and I shared a couple of things with Mel-since she is in that size! Im not down to 22 yet-I seem to be stuck in 26 and a couple of 24 and some really stretchy 22s, but not many! I will be there in the next couple of months, I am sure....wish I was already-but I am happy with where I am at now. 134# is so awesome to me at this stage in the game. I do plan on having a pool party this summer-we do every summer-but this year, I am going to have one with my OH family! I cant wait-I am pretty excited about it-but dont know when yet-gonna have to wait and see what happens with my back for now, and what the future holds-which I wont know until the doctor looks over my MRI report and then I get that next shot on Weds. PLEASE keep me in your prayers that the next shot will piggy back the first one and start working. I need that so badly. I appreciate it. Well, I am so sorry we will not be seeing Andrew and Susan at the meeting-and I am sorry about why. I am holding them in thoughts and prayers! I am SO excited about finally meeting my angelette Susan and meeting Mels angelette Pam~!~ Cant wait to hug BOTH of them-and the rest of you as well. Missed you so bad last month and I dont care how bad my back hurts-I WILL BE THERE!!!! Love you all! I emailed Tammy and threatened to drive down there and put her in a head lock IF she didnt post or email me to let me know she is ok. Told her I would be rather grumpy when I got there because of my back too!! LOL LOL-so glad to see her posting and thanks to everyone who emailed me to check on her-we are so close here and I feel blessed to have all of you!! So is everyone else here- **Tammy-Congrats on the weight loss-I am so very very proud of you!! You can do it-just stick to it-I lost 19# doing the liquids faithfully in 12 days-IF I can do it-ANYONE CAN-you can, you can, I believe in you-now just kick some ass and git R done!!! I wish I lived closer to help keep you on the track and help you deal with the trigger points you have had lately-and coming from the mouth of someone who didnt like the same advice given to me-girl-its time to put YOU first-its too important not to. Everything else will still be there-it will....this time is about YOU and IF YOU need some added or extra support-you just call one of your angels OR get on here and post...you know this group-they WILL NOT let you down! (not that others have, just saying-they are always here for you-you know that!)
