1 Week Post-Op Appt.
I had my one week post op appt. yesterday. I have lost 18 lbs altogether. I was so shocked when I seen the scale. He said everything looks good I am doing well on the full liquids . I still have a problem getting all my fluids in but I am trying. Went to GNC i got a few flavors of there protein mix and haven't had a problem with them. Just so everyone knows they are buy one get one 50% right now.
I am still having the pulling from the stitches inside woke up this morning with worse bruising than I had. I called the doctor and he said to take it easy getting up try not to use my stomach muscles so much.
Just wanted to say everyone on this site is "WONDERFUL" I am so glad I joined. After Tammy posted about the angels I asked Lana to be mine and she said she would.. THANK YOU SO MUCH LANA.
When I went to my post op appt. I bragged on this site so much.

Girl..you are doing wonderful!!!!! And you are right..Most of the people on here are great...I have moral support and all with my family and friends but I still love the support and thoughtfulness I get on here.....It is so wonderful to meet so many people that understand a lot of how things are for you in life......Glad things are going well...Keep up the good work....God Bless....Hugs & Love..Tammy H.
