Julia update

Julia called this evening. They found a blood clot in her neck just below the ear and right above her IV site (they had to put her IV in her neck for surgery). She is feeling better today, she now has pain meds that seem to be working and is drinking well and holding things down. She thanks eveyone for their prayers, phone calls and concerns. She will find out tomorrow when she can get to go home. SHawn

Shawn: I'm so glad they found out what was wrong with her! I did call her this morning, however, that was before they found the blood clot. My one month follow up with Dr. H is tomorrow. I'm planning on leaving early to go by the hosptial to see her. Have some homemade chicken stock for her along with some freezer baggies of the chicken I used for the stock. Her daughter is going to try and make it to the hospital at the same time so she can take it home. Thanks so much for the update! Will continue to pray for her. Debbie D. P.S. Please let her know that I am praying for her and that im certainly glad that she is beginning to feel better now that they found what is wrong that is half the battle. Love Jan
