Great Doctor's Visit w/ Good News!!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone!!!! Went to see Dr.Scott yesterday......My official weight loss for the 5 weeks on the liquid protein diet is 23lbs!!! I had it figured to a little more than that but I guess I need to learn to do math lol lol lol....Anyways they were really pleased with the 23lbs....I go back May 10th and if I loose at least that much more, get my NUT visit done and the one for exercise and get the apt out of the way with the psyc DR. for post op issues then when I go back I get to set my pre-op visit and my surgery date!!!!! So looks like I am going to working extra hard to get things done for my next visit. I just got my apt today for Dr.Halstenson, I go to see her April 27th.......So at least that will be out of the way...My psyc DR. that done my psyc eval called me today to let me know she had my paper work done and it had been faxed to Dr. Scotts office so that was good news that I don't have that to wonder about either. I'm going to see my pcp Monday so she can send me to do the NUT stuff and then I should have that out of the way soon too. And Dr.Scotts nurse told me that since I have to go to HUSK Rehab to learn to exercise with my hernia that they should be able to do my exercise paper work....So after those things I guess I will be all set!!!!Thank God..... Janet...Thank you so much for doing the Prayer Post for me yesterday while I was gone to Columbia....And thanks for today as well...,,You done a great job!!!!!!.....I slept in then woke up with barely enough time to get Joe some lunch before he had to leave for work....then had to take off to take care of an issue with my sisters son.....So I am just now getting a few minits to set down and do anything. I would have done it last night but I left for my apt at 3am and did not get home till 8pm.....Then on top of that had to go to my sisters house to check things and turn the heat on.... so by the time I got to slow down I was ready to fall in to bed lol lol...... I wont have time to look thru and catch up on things till later tonight...I hope everyone is doing ok.....I was only missed getting on the site a short time but I sure missed checking up on everyone....I think I might be addictid to the site lol lol lol.....\ Getting on I did see that we had a newbie or two....That is so wonderful!!! Welcome and keep posting.. We love hearing from you...... TO ALL YOU LOOSERS!!!!!! Don't let the bench get to full cause I will need room for my big butt on that bench really soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go Tammy, Go Tammy- Girl-I am sooooo happy for you. I am sending you a hug via cyber space~ I wish I was there to hug you in person....I am so proud of you and what you have accomplished. I hope you are proud of yourself-as you should be! I think you did lose 25-but the 2# will come on by afternoon or just that long ride up there-trust me-I took enough of them too! LOL.... You certainly deserve the baby circle dance I am polishing your place on our bench-and dont you worry-if our bench starts to overflow-we have plenty of handymen to fix it up and make it longer-the longer the better...I say...heck-you can sit on my lap!!! LOL LOL.. I wish you would have seen Susan-I posted here and emaied her directly and still havent heard from her-Hope it well for her too! I am sorry I missed your calls. I feel like I am running around in circles chasing my tail the past 2 days-LOL...I went back to the dr today-but we will get into that later. Terry SHOULD be getting out of the hospital tomorrow-and should be home tomorrow by evening I hope. So, I only have to go over in the morning to give the FIL his meds-and then I am done....then I am gonna come home and veg out on the couch (I HOPE...FINGERS CROSSED~) Tammy, Love ya sis. I will send you an email tomorrow when I get back from Carthage, providing my back is ok. My kids hv 1/2 day tomorrow-so we have to go to town before daughter has to go to work. Tammy~ammy WAY 2 GO GURL!!!! See I knew you could do it. And now that you know when you go back for your next appt. That you will get your surgery date. Did you noticed that I said you WILL???? Remember take one day at a time. Dont let the devil get into your head or thoughts. Because he wants to keep you heavey and unhealthy!!! Give it your all gurl. That would be way to kool if we had our surgerys close together!!!!! I am so proud of you. Your in my thoughts and prayers daily.
