Does Medicaid pay for lap-band surgery?

Does any one know if Missouri Medicaid pays for the lap-band surgery? If so, Do you know of a doctor who accepts it. I'm just know starting to research about the lap-band. I live in Cape Girardeau, MO. Wouldn't be able to travel far. If anyone could help me with these questions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! doo
