Trudy, I too live in KC Mo. and am going to Hornbostel. My sister lives in Kansas and is going to have her surgery the day after mine. We both are so comfortable with him. All we had to do to prepare was the seminar, fill out paper work and fax to them, get a psyche evaluation here in KC. North of the river was the least expensive, Dr. James. And a letter from your Physician saying your surgery is a medical necessity. The rest was smooth. The trip up their is good roads and easy to find. Good luck! Charlotte
