No longer obese!!!

I just ran my BMI and I'm now not obese, just overweight. I know that the next 40 pounds won't be as quick or easy as these first 40, the pouchie is a great tool but I am trying to retrain a 62 year old mind so there are struggles. Wish we could have brain surgery too!!! Hugs and love, Lana

Jan, You know the only way someone can insult or offend me is to grab me by the shoulders, shake me and say, "Hey listen, I'm trying to offend you". I just don't pay enough attention to the world around me to get too upset about anything. I guess I'm just a ditz!!! In fact, I know I am and I don't even care. So there.
