Ok Missouri Here I am....

It has been a long hard week and a half....I wound up in the ER last Wednesday evening with terrible nausea and vomitting that had been going on for a week....and I just couldn't take it anymore..and I had lost 12 pounds in a week because I could not keep even water down....so needless to say they ran blood test and urine and found out that I had a really bad bladder infection as well as a bad stomach virus so I got put on antibiotics and given some IV fluids and pain medicine while in the ER. Didn't go to work on Thursday and slept almost the whole day away....Went to work on Friday and my coworker had to drive me home....parents came and got my children for me on Saturday and I slept about six hours on that day....started feeling better that afternoon and was actually able to start tolerating small amounts of food and liquids....Sunday was loads better and didn't even throw up at all....Today went back to work and had to go get released to go to work....but it was a crazy Monday so that is why I was unable to attend the meeting tonight not to mention my husband had to work nights tonight..... My cousin Paula, that has Cushings Disease is having her surgery this Thursday and I just ask that everyone keep her in your prayers....her benefit is still going to be held on the 13th of April...I do have raffle tickets so if anyone wants to help please feel free to email through here...I do check the site daily at work on my lunch and first thing in the mornings as long as we are not swamped with soldiers.... I am also asking for unspoken prayers for myself....I have some personal things that I am dealing with right now that have me kinda bummed out but I know the almighty Man above will perservere and help me.... Rachael So glad to see you back on the board. I will give you a call tommorow afternoon. Your in my thoughts and prayers. I'm glad to hear that your finally starting to feel better. Sure did miss you at the meeting tonight, Hopefully in April you will be able to come even if I have to come kidnapp you for a few hours!!! Love ya sweetie!!! Mel

hi Rachael, i'm pretty new on here but i will send some prayers up for you and your sister. I'am fairly close to you i'm at osage beach, but i dont have my surgery until may 10th so please keep me in your prayers too, i hope i get to know you better, kinda nice to meet someone so close. take care hun. ricki

Dear Rachael, Oh honey, I am so sorry all of this is happening at once...I do know how you feel, trust me....but, I bet that doesnt make it any easier, does it? I am lifting you in prayer as I type this, along with your cousin and both of your families....I do still plan on attending her fund raiser, without a doubt. I will be praying for Paula on Thurs as well. I am glad you are starting to feel better...if you need anything I can help you with, please let me know. Love to you, Janet
