Id like to ask you all to pray for my family....And please pray for me...Temptation has over taken me a few times lately and I want so desperately to do good on my diet......I have aprox 3 weeks till I go back to see Dr.Scott and I really want him to be impressed with me. I dont want him to think I can't do as I should after surgery. Right now all I can do is round up as much will power as I can but after surgery it will be a little easier with because I will have help not feeling so hungry. Thanks.....Hugs and love...Tammy h.

Tammy Please pray for my F-I-L there is something wrong with him but I dont know what. He is sleeping so much and not eating hardly at all. I have to call his Dr in the morning to get him an appointment. But his is extremely stubborn if he doesnt want to go he isnt going. And for Janets son that everything is alright with him. He got a bad boo boo on his head last night. Tammy your in my thoughts and prayers. Just remember take it 1 day at a time. Dont look at it like Oh my I have 3 weeks more to go. Look it is like Hell Yea I made it thro 3 weeks!!! Before you know it those 1 day at a time add up to 1 then 2 then 3 weeks!!!! Your doing so awsume!!!! Love ya Mel
