I AM BACK!!!

Hey Sugar, I am on here. You look great. No food seem to agree with me either. I was belching a lot and my stomach hurt. Finally, I realized that it was hunger pains. So I decided to prepare a protein shake (sick of shakes) and pureed a weigh****chers chicken medalions dinner with mashed potatoes. I heated in the microwave, put it in the blender and it made 3 1/2 cup servings. That stopped the hunger pains, and made me feel better. I am getting about 50-60 oz of fluid a day and the shake I make has about 50 grams of protein (powdered protein 20 grams, peanut butter 7 g, 16 oz. skim milk 8 g, fat free yogart 7, grams. This makes 3 servings for the day. When I want to splurge and make it taste like a smoothie, I add a lot of ice and it makes a wonderful icy smoothie--(aaahhhh, heaven). Hello sister girls, I'm sorry I didn't say hello soon but I was so excited to see Sugar I forgot where I am. Sugar and I just clicked right away as she is a wonderful person. We had surgery the same day (except I had my gall bladder removed also--: o yuk, and staples removed the same day also. At Dr. office I weight in at 241 before Lab-Band surgery at one week post-op I had lost 14.5 lbs. This week I have lost another 4 pounds which makes 18.5 Whoooooohooo!!!!. I also went back to work for 1/2 days this week and my staff noticed that I had lost weight. They only know that I had my gall bladder removed. Sugar, I still have not told my sister or mother. There will be time enough to tell them, I'm not in a hurry. I want to see more results and get back into exercise and focus on me and not everyone else and what they might think of a personal decision I made for myself. I am looking forward to being a "Bad Mama Jama". Take care and I will call soon. Trying to get back into the swing of things at work and kind of worn down by the time I get home.
