Dear Friends, I thought Id let you know that I may not be on much longer, due to financial reasons. My family and I will be loosing our home and will have to be out in a month or two. Well,If your wondering what happened,it all started years ago when me and my wife adopted her two nephews who got taken away from there mother and we didn't want them in the system and to be seperated from each other,so my wife and I adopted them,And then on top of all that,In Oregon the system had taken my daughter from my ex-wife,due to drugs, alcolholism and living conditions. So I had to go get my daughter out of the system. To make a long story short,Throughout years IT BROKE US!! we had to go into bankrupcy and did a chapter 13 so we could save the house, basically we couldn't keep up with all the bills and the trustee. So PLEASE if you can say a little prayer for me and my family I do appreciate it with all my heart.Godbless you all my good friends.

oh Tony my heart goes out to you . Im sorrry that you all are having such a hard time financially but i know how that goes. It really isnt an easy thing to do. So you all have 5 children that you are taking care of? that is a lot. that takes alot of money to care for them. Will pray that you all can get things straightened out and maybe keep the house someway. can you not file bankruptcy on everything and keep the house out of it somehow? Im sure that everyone on here will be praying for a good ending for you all. Jan

Thanks Jan, The older boys found jobs and moved out at 18,and my oldest daughter moved back with her mother.I guess the mother stopped the drugs but still drinks once in awhile is what I was told. And for the bankruptcy we did a chapter 13,and is three months behind on the trustee payments,so he wants to drop us.So I guess now the bank is going to reposses the house and we will have to find somewhere to move to. I dont mean to bare my problems to you all,I just wanted to let you guys know where I stand in life as we speak.I do appreciate you guys, cause you are like my family I never had,Thankyou & Godbless. Tony, I know from experience how difficult this time is for you. I also know you are a man of faith and that God uses everything, no matter how bad, for our ultimate good. It took many years for my past problems to be revealed to me as blessings from God. Remember, too, that as Garth Brooks says, "Some of God's greatest blessings are unanswered prayers" so don't feel like you're not getting answers, God may just not be answering the way you wish. I will absolutely be holding you and your family up in prayer. Remember the prayer that never fails, "Thy will be done" is powerful. God honors us when we turn our problems over to Him. I'm not telling you that your problems are minor or that God is going to miraculously make everything OK, but I know and believe that He is able to do anything and that everything will eventually be OK. You've been such an inspiration to many people with your loving kindness and caring nature. If you have to be away from us for awhile, know that you, our brother, will be in our thoughts and prayers and that we'll be here waiting for you when you get back to us. Hugs and many loveys to you and your family. Lana

Toni If you do have to let the internet go, you know you can always call me. You and your wife are such loving people for saving the children and you know God has made note of that. When all seems down and out of reach, trust me, it will eventually turn around for you and your family. Our prayers are with you all. You both will bounce back. Trust me Let me know if the support meetings are still going to continue. Big hugz and alotta prayers and luv! Charlotte

tony, My dear friend!!! Sorry about all the problems you are enduring. Please do not give up the faith. He does answer prayers. I am saddened by your trials at this time. God indeed hears prayers and will answer this in His own time too. If I can be of any help please let me and Mel know. Colette

Dear Tony, I am so sorry you are going through this right now. I am lifting you and your family up in prayer. I really really respect you, as I know it is sooo costly to raise children these days and to financially put yourself in debt for the sake of adopting the nephews, shows what a good loving couple you are! Court costs alone can put a financial strain on someone. Please stay strong in faith and in your life and know that we are your family no matter what happens, we do care and we do wish you the best. Love, Janet

Hey Toni, I agree with Lana, you know this may be hard to try to accept right now but God may have something better planned. I too know what the financial part is like and I have an adopted son who right now lives with my ex per my request due to my health. But things are starting to get better and I am sure it is due to prayer. Right now I am at the library cause my internet is off. I can't afford to pay it up and then switch to another provider when I move. And I did get my new apt.!!! Yeah. But you and your family will always be in my prayers. julia
