Hi from Texas....
Well, I'm officially a Texas gal! :
horse: We have a home leased and have moved in with just a few things. We're going back to Missouri on the 23rd to rent a U-Haul truck and pack up the rest of our things and move them. We are going to have a huge moving sale and get rid of a whole bunch of things--tools, saws, clothes, furniture, and anything else I can find. We're also going to sell an 8N Ford tractor and a Cub Cadet 54" wide lawn tractor. We found a really nice 4 bedroom home with 2 baths and a 2-car garage in a wonderful neighborhood. The home is all-electric and brick. I've even applied for a job. So far, we love Texas. The Redbuds and Dogwoods are blooming and I have flowers in the flower bed along the front porch. We've met some really nice people and have been made to feel right at home. I have changed my email address to: [email protected]. The old account is now closed. I have a new laptop here and am going to sell my Dell desktop when we have our moving sale. We're really liking this city life. Better close for now. But I'll be hopping on once in a while again. We have wireless internet and boy is it fast. So much better than the dial-up we had in MO. Love to all and God bless each of you.

Hi Linda, Great to see your smiling face. Texas sounds great. Especially the warm weather and all the trees and flowers getting ready to bloom. I know you will be glad to get the moving part over. Remember tho if you are in Sedalia the 19th of June some of us are getting together after Dr. appts. for a picnic. Take care.

so sorry to lose you to Texas but hope you are happy and love it there. We live in and around Houston for over 8 years and at that time i couldnt stand the heat and humidity, which is really bad there ,yes worse than it is in Missouri.
Might not bother me so much now since i have lost so much weight.
The Azalales should be blooming there in a short time too. they are beautiful
