I'm HOME!!!!

Hi everyone ! Thanks for all your prayers and well wishes - (They worked!!!) I made it - I'm on the other side of the mountain now- and NOTHING is gonna stop me ! I am here to tell everyone I WILL NOT BE LIVING IN MY ELECTRIC CHAIR ANY MORE!! I've finally found what I needed to help me do what I couldn't before (and stay that way - anyway) I'm home now and just wanted you all to know how thankful I am for a board like this one. Pat, It feels good to be home doesn't it? The first few days are a bit rough but it does get easier each day.Rest when you need to and get your fluids. I'm in my fourth week post-op and honestly the 2 weeks of fluids didn't bother me. Soft foods are tricky because you still have to fit in your fluids and protien too. Take care of yourself and welcome home. Dannielle
