Well,I got three more pounds,then I will have lost a total of a 100 lbs.Pretty soon I'll be doin the .I feel pretty good as we speak,except the ol back is still the same. Grrrr. Oh well at least the pounds are comming off.Just thought Id throw that out there to all you guys.......Tony
