I got my surgery date!!!!!!!!!

Hello all....Scoot over on the bench, because on March 26th I'll be joining you. This has all gone so quickly. From start to finish, my process was under two months. I almost feel guilty that everything has gone so smoothly. I know there are some of you out there who are fighting with your insurance and trying to overcome major obstacles. My friend Melissa and I will only be two weeks apart on our surgeries now. Richelle

Congratulations! Don't feel guilty - rejoice, jump for joy! Wow, March 26 isn't too far off at all. And it's very neat that you and Melissa will be so close together in your surgeries.

Hi Richelle, Congrats!! How wonderful for you! Thats just too exciting AND to be able to go through it with a friend is even better-trust me....At times it was my friends who had just gone through it or posting it on this board that saved my sanity-cause you will have questions whether they are in the book in front of you or not....and also-just to verify everything with someone else and know they were okay-its soooo cool!!! Are you having it done at MO Bariatrics? If so, who is your surgeon? I didnt see what town you are from and we have so many newbies-I knew a couple of you were from Columbia or around there and going to the office I went to....You will be in good hands. Keep us posted and Congrats again-thats so great you dont have long to wait, cause the waiting is the worst...Love, Janet

way to go Richelle how neat that you havent had to wait long. You will have many many questions before and after so keep coming to the board and hang on it is a wild ride. The first 2 weeks are probalby the roughest and you will wonder what it the world have i done but it gets better and better each day.; Love and hugs. Jan
