Has anyone went to Dr. Peter Holmes in Columbia for their psyc. eval. He suggested a book, and even wrote the name down for me, but I guess I must have lost the paper somewhere. He said he suggests it to all his clients who are going to have wls. It sounds something like a survival kit guide to wls or something like that. I really was interested in the book. He said that it had a lot of tips on how to get through hurdles you might go through on your journey. If you know the book, please let me know.
