Hi everyone

Wow, you all really know how to make a person feel at home!! Just to kind of let you all know where I am at, I live in Neosho, so i am ways from Dr. De La Torre, I have talked to his office and they have been wonderful and given me somethings I can do to make their job easier. I should get the "big" packet today so hopefully I can get thet back to them next week. I will have letters and records from my PCP (depression, GERD,high chlosteral, HTN), OB/GYN (PCOS), Vascular Surgon(venous insuffecency), Plastic Surgon (high risk of hernia due to him doing a tummy tuck on me after I starved off 75# and then gained it back). Also my PCP is in the same group I have used since I was a child and I can show that I was overweight/obese even as a child. My insurence in Anthem Blue preferred HMO. There is an exclusion, but it is not black and white. I am doing the sleep study in a couple of weeks, just so they will have that info too..It is all a little overwhelming, but it is so nice to know you all are there and have been in the same boat and are maybe even still there!
