I have to share this with you all and it was no joke..lol I got up and took my shower dried off put my towell in my chair at my desk and set on it to finishing drying, all nice and cosy with nothing on but a smile, had my BIGG glass of ice water setting in front of me, low and behold some how i tipped the ice water and down the front of me it came, now let me tell you that will get your attension...lol so I am wide awake.....vesta

WOO HOO, Vesta. I've heard of people taking a cold shower but ice water may be a little extreme. Thanks for sharing your OOOPS moment. Made me smile. Also, it was so good to see you and Linda on Monday night. Your eating sounds OK to me, but I'm no more expert than you are. I know she worries about you but you're doing fine I think.
