Ok Missouri friends,For those of you who would like to be part of a Support Group in the Kansas City area.We welcome all who are interested in joining us.Pre-op, Post-op and who ever is thinking about Weight Loss Surgery are welcome tomorrow night at the (Baptist Mission Center at 4001 N.E.Lakewood Way)It is located at 291 hwy and Woods Chapel RD its on the outer belt road,East side of 291 hwy.Its the big building with all Blue tinted windows. JAN...that area is so split up, it's hard to say what is it called. Blue Springs? Independence? Kansas City?....it's real close to the Jackson County Sheriff station and the Blue Springs lakes. I wouldn't know what to call it though. Maybe call the sheriff's office or the Conservation department to make sure. You guys might need to make and post flyers advertising along with placing an ad in the paper. Some online newspapers like the KC.com and Backpage.com allow some ads for free or they charge you very little for the ad. Another thing you might try is looking up the people on ObesityHelp.com that are in the general area and send them a invite! You might go to gyms, spas, curves, GNC and other places like that to see if they will let you post a flyer! Don't call, it's too easy for them to say NO, go in person! Also, hang some of your flyers in the back of your vehicles! I hope I helped a little!
